ABOUT SYNTROPY

Two perspectives.
A shared ambition.

The discipline of capital markets. The mindset of a technology builder. Together, a wider perspective on what a business can become.

Contrasting architectural forms meeting in a shared upward perspective

A shared direction.
A broader set of tools.

Syntropy was founded on a simple idea: established businesses can benefit from the combination of capital-markets discipline and practical technology entrepreneurship.

Our approach brings those perspectives together. We focus on companies that are already profitable, with products or services that can grow internationally. We look at how to improve the business itself, then consider the strategic possibilities that a stronger company may have.

Different backgrounds.
One direction.

Syntropy’s founding partnership connects experience across capital, technology and business building.

Different expertise.
Shared principles.

01

Substance
before scale.

We start with businesses that have customers, established demand and proven profitability. Expansion should build on a sound foundation.

02

Technology
with purpose.

Technology is useful when it solves a business problem. We look for practical applications in products, operations and decision-making.

03

International
in outlook.

We consider the wider market from the outset: where a business can compete, what needs to change and how its model can travel.
